We started in 2008 supplying analyzers to a handful of clinical laboratories. What we kept hearing was the same frustration: the instrument was only ever half the problem. Delivery slipped, installations dragged, and support disappeared once the invoice was paid.
So we built Tafra to be accountable for the whole thing — selection, delivery, commissioning, training, and service — under one roof. Today we equip hospitals, universities, and research centers across the region, and we measure ourselves by their uptime.
