Quality

Quality Policy

We measure ourselves by uptime, not brochures. This is the standard we hold — and how we prove it.

A leap in care doesn't come from a single device. It comes from the discipline around it.

1. Purpose

Tafra for Medical Supplies exists to equip laboratories to measure with confidence. This Quality Policy states our commitment to delivering equipment and services that consistently meet the needs of the clinical and research teams we serve, and the applicable regulatory requirements that protect them.

2. Scope

This policy applies to every stage of what we do — equipment selection, supply and distribution, delivery, installation and commissioning, applications training, and long-term preventive and corrective maintenance.

3. Our commitments

  • Fit before sale. We recommend based on your workflow, throughput, and budget — and we say no when a purchase would not serve you.
  • Validated handover. No system goes live until it has been installed and verified against the manufacturer's specification.
  • Documented service. Calibration, maintenance, and corrective actions are recorded so your program stays audit-ready.
  • Responsive support. We maintain technical support for critical systems and hold ourselves to defined maintenance SLAs.
  • Honest communication. Clear scopes, realistic lead times, and transparent total cost — no surprises after the invoice.

4. Responsibilities

Quality is owned by everyone at Tafra, from applications and field engineering to logistics and leadership. Management is accountable for providing the resources, training, and processes needed to uphold this policy, and every team member is expected to act on issues that affect quality.

5. Continual improvement

We treat every service call, installation, and piece of feedback as data. We monitor outcomes such as uptime and SLA adherence, investigate the root cause when something falls short, and adjust our processes so the same issue does not recur.

6. Review

This policy is reviewed regularly and whenever there is a significant change to our services, partners, or the regulatory environment, to ensure it remains relevant and effective. Questions? Reach us at info@tafra.com or through our contact page.
